The Ceremony

"What made the day truly memorable for us was the warmth and tremendous help we received from both Philippa and Johanna"

Graham and Laura

Whether you are planning a modest gathering or lavish celebration, we are sure that our delightful reception rooms and gardens will be able to accommodate your dreams.

We have a choice of 6 licensed rooms, including a beautiful refurbished Edwardian conservatory, an oak panelled hall, intimate morning salon, an elegant drawing room, the Lockett room and even a summer house, each with very distinct features. These rooms accommodate anything from 1 up to 100 guests, offering great flexibility.

Neither the Bride or Groom have to be a resident in the area to get married at Maesmor.

Once you have set a provisional date for your wedding you should then contact the Superintendent Registrar for Conwy, Dave Rees on 01492 576624.

Fees for the marriage are payable directly to the Registrar. Couples firstly need to Give Notice of their marriage which is £33.50 each. If a ceremony takes place on a weekday the Registrar charge, including one Marriage Certificate is currently £250, on a Saturday it is £270 and on a Sunday or Bank Holiday the charge is £320. Additional certificates are available on the day for £3.50.
